Many of our customers don’t realize that what they upload to their Dropcards account is exactly what the end user downloads.  We give you the ability to upload any format or size you’d like. This gives your fan the experience you had in mind.  In our most recent round of website updates we included the option to edit your MP3 meta data directly through your accounts Media Library section.  This is helpful if you’re missing track names, album names, or artist names in your files.   If you’d like a more personal experience, we’d be happy to have us take a look at your files and make sure they are up to snuff and ready for download. If you need help adding ID3 tags, we’d be more than happy to help as well. Trust us; you don’t want your music getting lost in the abyss of untagged media items in iTunes.  We’ll even help you convert a file or reduce its size if needed. Our standard set-up fee includes all aspects of your project’s well being, so don’t be shy and ask us to have a look!
